Notes
A decent early game DPS robe that provides on-equip bonuses comparable to T13 Robe of the Grand Sorcerer, while sacrificing the utility of any MP bonus. In exchange, the robe provides an increase in SPD, DEX instead of ATT, and a Reactive Proc that deals a total of 800 damage.
