Sheaths

Sheaths are ability items used by Kensei. When used, Kensei will charge up a certain number of dashes. If used with charges left, Kensei will instead dash in the direction of cursor up to a maximum distance which can be different for each sheath. Kensei is immune to enemy shots during his dash, but stays susceptible to enviromental damage (like lava or killer honey) and area of effect attacks (such as Medusa bombs). Dashing itself is independent of cooldown and doesn’t use any mana.

When Kensei hits an enemy during his dash, he gains a stack. Each stack multiplies a certain stat of his. For tiered sheaths, this is always ATT↑ ATT boost but every other stat except MP has a sheath boosting it. Every enemy hit by dash also receives a flat amount of damage. Stacks are reset after a certain time has passed since obtaining the first stack.

All sheaths have a cooldown of 3 seconds, unless stated otherwise.
